FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
We are Medicare providers. We do not accept additional insurance policies and are a cash-based practice. However, we do assist our patients with reimbursement for their out-of-network services.
As a cash-based practice we are able to spend more one-on-one time with our patients which improves the quality of our care and allows you to achieve your rehabilitation goals earlier.
How do I get my visit reimbursed by my insurance provider?
We will provide you with a Superbill detailing the treatment you received and the amount you paid. Once you submit the Superbill to your insurance provider they will either reimburse you or credit your out-of-network deductible. The Superbill will contain all of the necessary information required for your insurance provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, FSA, HSA, checks, and cash.
